Jeffrey Larcina

Senior Vice President, Investments

Jeffrey Larcina is Senior Vice President, Investments at Epic Investment Services. In this role, he is responsible for executing strategic investment initiatives across Canada, including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, conducting due diligence, and managing the execution of key transactions. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jeffrey has developed expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and portfolio optimization, driving significant value for clients and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Epic, Jeffrey worked with a Canadian Schedule I bank, focusing on equity investments in industrial assets and development projects. Before that, Jeffrey was Principal, Investments at BentallGreenOak (BGO), where he led transactions totaling over $2.5 billion across office, industrial, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. He also played a key role in establishing joint ventures, value-add funds, and acquisitions in emerging asset classes. Earlier at BGO, Jeffrey served as Manager of Asset Management, overseeing a portfolio of more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate. Jeffrey began his career as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young Real Estate Services, where he provided advisory and valuation services to prominent clients across Canada.

Jeffrey graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and is a CFA Charterholder. He is an active member of NAIOP.

Jeffrey is based in Toronto.
