Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Fino DiVincenzo is Senior Vice President, Asset Management, at Epic Investment Services, and is responsible for business development and investment oversight on all income-producing and development assets in Western Canada. With his 25+ years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate in Western Canada, Fino has developed trusted client relationships due to his impeccable oversight over all aspects of commercial real estate, from financial analysis and acquisition, to development, leasing and property and asset management, and all the way through disposition, in order to generate the greatest value for clients.

Before taking his current role, Fino was Vice President, Asset Management and a partner of Alasco Services Inc., an Edmonton-based asset management firm that worked on behalf of institutional clients to manage their retail, industrial, and office assets, as well as providing development oversight support.

Fino is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg and majored in Economics and Administrative Studies.

Fino is based in Epic’s Edmonton office.
