Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer

Craig Coleman is Managing Partner and the Chief Executive Officer at Epic Investment Services. As part of the Executive Leadership team, Craig is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the business through investment, property and asset management for our full-service North American platform. With 25+ years of experience in commercial and multifamily residential real estate, navigating Canadian and U.S. markets, Craig has earned a reputation for high-level planning and executional excellence that create long-term value for both his clients and professional partners.

Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Epic, Craig managed the execution of our business strategy across Canada, overseeing $14.2 billion in assets and managing a portfolio of over 26 million sq. ft. He led a team of over 100 experienced real estate professionals. Before joining Epic, Craig founded StoneCap Realty Group, an asset management firm that grew to over $7.5 billion of assets under management. In 2017, StoneCap Realty merged with Epic Realty Partners and Alasco to form Epic Investment Services. He has held senior positions at Maestro Real Estate Advisors and CIBC Development Corporation.

Craig graduated from Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
