Tony Maduri

Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Tony Maduri is Senior Vice President, Asset Management, at Epic Investment Services and leads the Toronto-based asset management group responsible for office and industrial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and multi-family and retail shopping centres in the GTA, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Leveraging his 30+ years of experience in the industry, Tony works with our investors to maximize the value of property holdings by developing and driving leasing, capital, and operating strategies, as well as the opportunities for new development.

Before taking his current role, Tony held the position of Director, Asset Management, at Morguard Investments Limited, where he oversaw a retail portfolio of 2.4 million sq. ft. and a 900,000 sq. ft. office portfolio in Ottawa. Before joining Morguard, Tony was Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management, at Delta Hotels, and was responsible for 13 hotels valued at $900 million. Tony also worked for GE Capital Real Estate, leading the Equity Operations group responsible for a $2 billion Canadian equity portfolio consisting of 14 million sq. ft. of real estate across 223 properties. He was also Vice President, Asset Management, at Bentall Kennedy and Vice President, Asset Management, at Sun Life Trust.

Tony earned a Master’s in Business Administration in finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Architectural Technology in project management from Ryerson University.
