Aman Dhillon

Vice President, Asset Management

Aman Dhillon is Vice President, Asset Management at Epic Investment Services and oversees Epic’s super-regional shopping centre portfolio valued at $7.5 billion and key master-planned development projects in Western Canada and Ontario. With 12+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on portfolio management from enclosed shopping centres, open-air and grocery-anchored retail and big box retail, Aman has a deep understanding of maximizing the value of an asset through active capital plans, leasing and operations. His experience spans the full cycle of an asset from acquisition to disposition.

Prior to his current role, Aman has held progressive leadership roles with Epic Investment Services. Previously, he was Manager, Acquisitions & Dispositions at CT REIT where he managed national investment transaction activity and closed on $1.8 billion in deals. Before that, Aman was Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE where he underwrote real estate assets across Canada ranging from $10-$400 million and conducted due diligence, budget reconciliations and market research.

Aman holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Guelph and an MBA, Strategic Business Valuation from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
