Jeff Cunningham is Vice President, Asset Management & Investments, at Epic Investment Services. He is responsible for our commercial investment transactions, as well as office asset management in the GTA. With 25+ years of industry experience and direct involvement in over $7 billion in gross asset value transactions, Jeff has a keen eye for detail and can be relied on for his exceptional client communication and to keep operations on course.

Before taking his current role, Jeff was Director, Global Asset Management, at Oxford Properties, responsible for overseeing management, leasing and capital projects in Oxford’s 22 million sq. ft. Canadian office portfolio. Jeff was also Director, Asset Management, for Borealis Capital Corporation.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.

He is based in our Toronto head office.
