Lisa Pereira is Vice President, Finance at Epic Investment Services, where she leads Property Accounting and Asset Management Finance teams, providing services to major institutional and private clients. With more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lisa is focused on meeting complex client requirements through timely and accurate reporting that supports informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Epic, Lisa worked with Alasco Services, specializing in development and asset management finance. Lisa now leads a team that delivers fully integrated financial results reporting. Lisa supports an income-producing portfolio spanning all asset classes and more than 16 million square feet across Canada. She also provides financial oversight for major development initiatives, including multi-family ground-up construction, long-term retail projects, and a significant redevelopment of a key downtown Edmonton office building.

Lisa is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Business Administration certificate from NAIT.
