Samson Li

Vice President, Finance

Samson Li is Vice President, Finance at Epic Investment Services, where he leads the Property and Fund Accounting team. His role at Epic includes overseeing financial operations, reporting, corporate and property level financing, and strategic planning. With 15+ years of experience in finance, Samson is a proven leader, managing multiple functions across the organization and executing a wide range of financial reporting responsibilities.

Prior to joining Epic, Samson held progressive leadership positions at Salthill Capital Corp., including Vice President, Finance. In this role he has executed over $500M in financing transactions on commercial real estate properties across Canada. He also developed and fostered strong relationships with lenders, optimizing IRR returns for closed-end Fund vehicles, and managed the investor reporting process. This included quarterly reporting, annual year-end audits, investor presentations, and equity/NAV reporting for pension and institutional investors.

Samson is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
