Epic Investment Services Appoints Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management (National)

Epic Investment Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Lachlan MacQuarrie to Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management (National).

Lachlan brings more than 20 years’ of real estate experience across operations, investments, development and asset management with a focus on data, technology and sustainability. Lachlan will oversee Epic’s Canadian real estate management services team as the company strengthens its national operations, leasing, customer experience, sustainability and innovation programs across its portfolio.

Prior to joining Epic, Lachlan was with Oxford Properties for 10 years where he most-recently led the Platform Services function across Oxford’s global portfolio improving and aligning initiatives in energy management, sustainability, technical operations/preventative maintenance and smart building technologies across all asset classes.

Currently Lachlan sits on the Board of Yorktown Family Services and on the board of GBCI Canada, a joint venture between GBCI and CaGBC focused on certification of green buildings. Lachlan also sits on the advisory committee of the Rick Hansen Accessibility Certification program.
