Totalling over 260,000 square feet across 7 buildings, the Viceroy Road portfolio occupies a key strategic location in the Concord industrial area of Vaughan. The portfolio is currently 93% leased and comprises small bay industrial units leased to a broad range of distribution, service, and general warehousing. The properties are situated within a short drive to five major highways and are well connected to the rest of the GTA.
