Epic Investment Services (“Epic”), in partnership with Woodbourne Capital Management, has acquired three industrial properties in Montreal, Quebec. Totalling over 200,000 square feet, the portfolio is located in the Anjou and Saint-Léonard boroughs of the island of Montreal. In addition to jointly executing on the transaction with Woodbourne, Epic has been appointed as asset and property manager of the properties.

The portfolio is 96.5% leased to a broad range of tenants with buildings predominantly composed of small bay units benefitting from clear heights ranging between 18’ and 22’ and low office build out. With a geographic concentration within a 1.5 km radius, all properties have convenient access to the island’s network of highways connecting the Greater Montreal Area with the rest of the country.
