Epic Investment Services Announces Completion of Lease with Wood
We are pleased to announce the completion of a lease for 78,450 sq.ft. of office space with Wood at 2535 – 3rd Avenue SE in Calgary, AB. The close of this deal represents one of Calgary’s largest deals in 2022!
Wood, a leader in consulting and engineering in the energy sector, will occupy over two and a half floors in the building located in Calgary’s North District. 2535-3rd Avenue SE is undergoing extensive common area upgrades which kicked off with a new fitness centre (now open), lobby, conferences facilities and new tenant lounge.
