This award for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) recognizes quality in a commercial real estate building. Judges perform a rigorous evaluation of all facets of the building, from community and tenant relations to environmental impact and sustainability management to determine the winner.

The building has also received the BOMA BEST Award Excellence in Building Environmental Standards, Certificate of Building Excellence and the TOBY from BOMA Edmonton.

It is also LEED® Gold certified, Well Gold certified, BOMA Best Platinum and Wired Certified Platinum to provide tenants with a healthy workplace.
