We are pleased to announce the second multifamily acquisition for our US Multifamily Fund I (Fund) – Willowbrook Apartments located in greater Denver, Colorado. Willowbrook consists of 95 units across four buildings and brings the Fund’s total unit count to just under 300 units. In addition, the Fund has sufficient capital to purchase an additional $100M US worth of assets in our target markets.

The acquisition of Willowbrook demonstrates Epic’s ability to execute on the Fund’s business strategy by sourcing off-market garden-style, multifamily opportunities in a very competitive market. With a strong pipeline in place, Epic remains disciplined in sourcing and securing the right product for our value-add portfolio.

Epic will reposition Willowbrook through its value creation program which includes unit renovations and common area amenity upgrades that will improve efficiencies and operating cashflow.
