Sheela Ramesh is Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, at Epic Investment Services. She is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership of all aspects of the human resources and administration functions for the organization.

Sheela brings 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry as a strategic thinker, establishing internal policies, procedures, and efficiencies, and executes on talent acquisition strategies across North America to support short- and long-term value for our clients.

Prior to joining Epic, Sheela was a founding member of Strathallen Capital Corp, where she held progressive roles over her span of 17+ years, leading to Director, Human Resources and Administration most recently where she managed the Human Resources and Administration functions.

Sheela is based in our Toronto head office.
