Sabino Grassi is the Co-founding Partner and President of Epic Québec Inc and oversees all operations in Quebec. With 30+ years of experience in the Quebec real estate market, Sabino’s strong expertise and deep relationships with the financial real estate and brokerage communities are the cornerstones of his client-focused approach to provide integrated real estate solutions.

Before Co-founding Epic Quebec, Sabino was a Partner at Metivier Grassi Real Estate Services Inc., where he managed, developed and leased over 8 million sq. ft. of space in the greater Montreal market, including the Comdev Industrial Park in St. Laurent and the prestigious 999 de Maisonneuve Ouest Class A office building in Montreal’s financial core.

Sabino is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. He is based out of our Montréal office.
