Vice President, Leasing (Western Canada)

Lindsay Syhlonyk is Vice President, Leasing (Western Canada) at Epic Investment Services. Lindsay leads the Western Canada leasing team and oversees all leasing activities within Epic’s Western Canadian portfolio. With 21+ years of experience across all asset classes in the real estate industry, Lindsay has a proven track record of managing high volume and complicated transactions using her in-depth knowledge of the market and network of established relationships with tenants and brokers to negotiate deals that work for all parties.

Prior to her current role, Lindsay held progressive leadership roles with Epic. Before joining Epic, Lindsay was Manager, Transactions & Associates at JLL Real Estate Services Inc, where she supervised all outgoing proposals from internal to externally contacted lease teams. Prior to this, she was Lands & Project Development Associate at Willow Park Wines & Spirits where she was responsible for managing upcoming and current development projects.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts, Law and Society at the University of Calgary and holds real estate licenses for Alberta and British Columbia.
