Nada Sutic is the Vice President, Sustainability, Innovation and National Programs at Epic Investment Services. In this role, Nada is responsible for driving sustainability efforts through building operations and performance and managing new innovation programs across the company’s diverse portfolio. With 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate, focused on sustainability, operational excellence and property management, Nada leads with a drive for successful implementation and critical measurement.

Prior to joining Epic, Nada was Vice President, Programs & Policy & Procurement, Operational Excellence at QuadReal Property Group, where she led a team dedicated to working on national initiatives in operational excellence, processes implementation and strategic procurement. Before that, Nada was Director & General Manager, Property Management at QuadReal and at Bentall Kennedy, responsible for the management of 5 million sq. ft of office and industrial assets in the Greater Toronto Area. Nada was also Manager, Environmental Initiatives at BOMA Canada where she led and managed the BOMA BEST program nationally in its foundational years.

Nada holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario and is Past Chair of the Board of Directors for BOMA Toronto.
