Epic Investment Services Completes Two Lease Transactions of Approximately 53,000 sq.ft. in Edmonton, Alberta
Epic Investment Services is pleased to announce the completion of two lease transactions for 53,000 square feet of office space at 103 Street Centre in downtown Edmonton, Alberta.

Octopusapp Inc., operating as Jobber, a leading provider of home services and small business management software, will lease three floors of the building. Aurora Cannabis, a leader in medical cannabis cultivation and distribution, will occupy two floors for their corporate office.
