Epic Investment Services Completes Lease Transaction for Over 240,000 sq.ft. of Office Space in Calgary, Alberta

TORONTO, ONTARIO – May 15, 2019 – Epic Investment Services announces the successful re-leasing of 205 Quarry Park Blvd, a 370,000 square foot office building in Calgary, Alberta. The now fully leased LEED Silver building is one of Calgary’s most prominent suburban office properties located in the heart of the Quarry Park district.

The new tenant is leasing over 240,000 square feet of the building and will consolidate three of its subsidiaries under one roof to provide for greater operational efficiencies. In addition to the large floorplate requirements, the numerous building amenities and convenient location were key factors in attracting the tenant to 205 Quarry Park.
