Renfrew Centre Wins 2025 TOBY International Award

We're proud to announce that our managed property, Renfrew Centre in Vancouver, has won the 2025 BOMA International Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the 100,000 – 249,999 sq.ft. category. Renfrew Centre was the only Canadian property competing for this prestigious international award and triumphed over six finalists.

This recognition honours excellence in building operations and management across all facets, from sustainability and tenant experience to accessibility and efficiency.

Renfrew Centre stands out amongst its peers as a fully electrified net zero building, earning the CAGBC’s Zero Carbon Building Performance Standard certification for two consecutive years. It boasts a high ENERGY STAR® score of 94, exceptional tenant amenities and programming, and a responsive, engaged on-site team.
