We are pleased to share that we have been selected by Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. as property manager for Northport Business Park – a 846,000 sq.ft. portfolio of institutional grade industrial real estate in Edmonton, AB.

As new owners of the business park, we are excited to have the opportunity to work with Crestpoint and help them execute on their long-term strategy for the asset.

The five-building Class A new generation warehousing and distribution complex is a mix of large-bay and mid-bay buildings, conveniently located inside the Anthony Henday Ring Road and north of Yellowhead Trail (“Highway 16”). The portfolio is occupied by 11 tenants including two of Western Canada’s leading distribution companies, third-party logistics, medical distribution and building supply.

Epic currently manages over 4.8M sq. ft. of industrial space across Canada. The addition of Northport Business Park will expand our industrial portfolio within Edmonton to over 2M sq.ft.
