Epic Investment Services Appoints Chief Financial Officer (Canada)

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Eileen Foroglou to Chief Financial Officer (Canada). In this newly created role, Eileen will oversee corporate and property accounting, financial reporting, risk management and information technology as well as partner with the leadership team to execute on Epic’s business strategy. With over 18 years of experience in real estate, Eileen’s broad, hands-on expertise is a valuable addition to Epic as our portfolio under management continues to grow across Canada.

Prior to joining Epic, Eileen was Chief Financial Officer at NYX Capital Corp. where she oversaw corporate finance, treasury, accounting, financial reporting, financing, risk management and control systems. Before this role, Eileen held various progressive roles in finance, investments and asset management with Strathallen Capital Corp., including Senior Director of Asset Management and Investor Relations. In this role, Eileen managed a $300 million portfolio of 17 retail and industrial assets representing over 1.5 million sq. ft., and ultimately growing net operating income to increase the company portfolio. Eileen also held accounting roles at PenEquity Realty Corporation, Colliers International and Oxford Properties Group.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA). Eileen is based out of our Toronto office.
