Epic Investment Services Acquires Property in one of Edmonton’s Desired Industrial Neighbourhoods

Epic Investment Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of an industrial property located at 13520-156 Street in Edmonton, Alberta on behalf of its private clients. The 5.29-acre property is located in the Mistatim Industrial District of Northwest Edmonton, one of four designated industrial districts in the city.

The Property is situated in close proximity to major transportation corridors with existing businesses and industrial parks specializing in transportation and logistics, warehousing, wholesaling, manufacturing and professional offices.

The property consists of a 16,159 square-foot building fully leased by Fountain Tire Ltd., a prominent Canadian tire dealer and automotive service provider with 160 consumer locations in Central and Western Canada.

Epic’s industrial investment program seeks to acquire off-market opportunities in growth markets across Canada and the U.S. with strong leasing fundamentals and excess land for future development.

Epic has been retained as the property manager.
