We take a “home grown” approach to filling managerial and executive positions. We invest in our people, making sure they have the support and the resources they need to develop their skills and expand their horizons. At Epic, you can go as far your talent and commitment will take you.
Our values–Execute, Partner, Initiate and Challenge (EPIC)–guide our day-to-day operations; they inspire us, they keep us focused on our mission and they define us as an industry leader.
Our environment is fast-paced and challenging, but also supportive, because we know that it takes teamwork to succeed. With properties across North America, we recognize the importance of having a workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
We are committed to building a workplace where people can grow, and in turn, create value for our clients. Our Values Our Mission
The most important thing that I value in my career is continuous development and learning. Epic is invested in the growth and development of its people and encourages employees to bring forth new ideas, not be afraid to try and collaborate with each other to drive efficiencies.
I joined Epic as a Property Manager and was able to work closely with a seasoned, integrated team that gave me insight into different approaches to real estate. My breadth and exposure to real estate vastly increased and that allowed my career to evolve as I moved from property management into asset management to become an Analyst.
