Versus is a two-tower (34 and 17 stories) mixed-use property in the heart of Calgary’s trendy Beltline neighborhood, immediately south of the downtown core.
Versus has a walk score of 93 and a bike score of 94 offering residents convenient access to an abundance of restaurants, shopping transit and entertainment options.
The buildings provides residents with several amenities including a demonstration kitchen, private meeting/dining room, media lounge, games area, gym and a concierge. Residents can take advantage of on-site events and fitness classes and they enjoy exclusive resident perks.
The Project
Epic acquired the Versus site on behalf of its client and managed the development of the two-tower, purpose-built rental with 444 residential suites and 24,000 sf of retail/office space completed in 2017.
The new design by Kirkor and HOK included elements geared towards creating luxury rental apartments with boutique hotel-inspired interiors. The building features an environmentally responsible green building design, podium level amenity floor and best-in-class unit finishes.
