Jeffrey Larcina Joins Epic Investment Services as Vice President, Investments

Epic Investment Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Larcina as Vice President, Investments. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeffrey will be instrumental in sourcing acquisition opportunities across Canada, deepening our investment capabilities.

Prior to joining Epic, Jeffrey worked with a Canadian Schedule I bank focusing on equity investments in industrial assets and development projects. Before that, he held progressive senior roles at BentallGreenOak, including Principal, Investments, where he oversaw more than $2.5 billion in transactions spanning office, industrial, residential, retail, and mixed-use assets. He joined BGO as Manager, Asset Management where he successfully managed a portfolio of over 3.5 million square feet, achieving outstanding outcomes in operations and leasing.
