We are pleased to announce that 1138 Melville Street in Vancouver, British Columbia has received LEED® Gold Certification!

Achieving this certification was the result of the team’s dedication to ensuring the way we operate is most efficient in energy use, water use, waste reduction and in maintaining a healthy indoor air quality for tenants. The team also tapped into information from tenants through surveys and occupant data, using their experiences working in the building, to help determine transportation and environment quality within the space. All these efforts combined contributed to achieving LEED® Gold status.
