Villatree is a 150 unit apartment community located in Tempe, Arizona.
Since the acquisition, Epic has been working to conduct in-suite renovations and has created multiple new amenities for residents including a dog park and dog wash station, upgrading the outdoor fitness area and pool, and upgrades to the laundry room and leasing office.
This property is conveniently located minutes from downtown Tempe, Sky Harbor Airport, Arizona State University and downtown Mesa.
Willowbrook Apartments located in greater Denver, Colorado. Willowbrook consists of 95 units across four buildings.
Major improvements have been completed for this property including in-suite renovations, upgrades to the leasing office, interior hallway and the laundry room. The pool also received a renovation with new pool furniture and an upgraded pergola area creating a tenant focused approach to improving the quality of the property.
The property is strategically located less than one mile away from the Westminster Light Rail Station and a short 17-minute train ride to Union Station in downtown Denver, which provides connectivity to all areas of Metro Denver.
Crosstown Phoenix (East) is a 94,250-square-foot building and Crosstown Phoenix (West) is a 38,425-square-foot building; both have a combined occupancy rate of 92%.
