The site sits adjacent to Brandt’s Creek I, a grocery anchored retail centre also owned and operated by Epic Investment Services. Construction on Brandt’s Creek II finished in September 2015. The new improvement adds onto and further increases the strength of Brandt’s Creek I. The property is leased to a strong mix of tenants including Interior Savings Bank, Connect Hearing, and Pet Valu.
