Epic Investment Services (Epic) is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Altow to Vice President, Real Estate Management (BC).

Andrew brings over 30 years of real estate management experience in property management, leasing and asset management. Prior to joining Epic, Andrew was the President and owner of Altow Realty Group Ltd. (ARG) and managed 18 real estate assets in the Metro Vancouver area on behalf of high-net-worth clients. Epic has purchased ARG and will assume management responsibilities of over 390,000 sq.ft. of office, industrial and retail properties.

“Our operations in British Columbia have grown over the last three years from managing 500,000 sq.ft. to today managing over 2.1M sq.ft. in office, industrial, retail and multifamily,” said Jeff Kohn, Co-Chief Executive Officer. “The addition of Andrew will reinforce our well-established team in BC as we continue to source new investment opportunities for our clients in the area.”

Previous to forming Altow Realty Group Ltd., Andrew was Vice President, Leasing at Tonko Realty Advisors. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and has a diploma in Urban Land Economics from University of British Columbia. He is based out of our regional office in Vancouver.
