Jean-Marc Rouleau

Vice President, Real Estate Management (GTA)

Jean-Marc Rouleau is Vice President, Real Estate Management at Epic Investment Services, and is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the real estate management and leasing teams in the Greater Toronto Area. With 25+ years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically strategic planning, asset management and real estate redevelopment, Jean-Marc leads with an eye for value creation.

Prior to joining Epic, Jean-Marc was Vice President, Operations, Retail at Cominar, where he led teams dedicated to property management, strategic marketing and tenant coordination. Before that, Jean-Marc was Director, Property Management at BentallGreenOak, responsible for leading corporate and regional initiatives as well as managing all stakeholder relationships for a 7 million sq. ft. portfolio of office and industrial assets in the Greater Toronto Area. Jean-Marc was also Vice President, Real Estate Management at Oxford Properties Group where he provided strategic guidance and oversight for a portfolio of retail assets.

Jean-Marc holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School in London, Ontario and has obtained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations by BOMI.
