Christina Basanti

Vice President, Finance

Christina Basanti is Vice President, Finance at Epic Investment Services and leads the Corporate Accounting and Finance team responsible for Epic’s Canadian Industrial and Office portfolio. Christina focuses on setting the strategic direction of the department and ensures the financial goals are aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.  With 14+ years of experience Christina is able to provide valuable insight into the company’s financial performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth through innovative strategies, and ensuring institutional quality of financial reporting for our clients.

Before taking her current role, Christina was Director, Property Accounting at Epic Investment Services. Prior to joining Epic, she was the Senior Manager, Portfolio Accounting at Cadillac Fairview where she handled accounting for several retail assets in Ontario and led the disposition and development accounting of several retail properties. Previous to this, Christina was at KMPG where she held progressive roles leading to Senior Manager, Audit where she was responsible for conducting client audits in a variety of sectors with revenues ranging from $5 million to $2 billion.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ontario Tech University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Christina is based in our Toronto office.
