Brian Roberts is the Vice President, Real Estate Management (National Capital Region), at Epic Investment Services. Responsible for the Ottawa area, Brian manages overall operations, assets and business development for the Ottawa region office, industrial and retail portfolios. With 30+ years of property management, leasing, redevelopment, and construction experience in Ottawa, Brian is known for his quick ability to renovate and reposition properties to meet market demand and ultimately generate a better rate of return for their owners.

Before joining Epic Investment Services, Brian was head of the Commercial Division for one of Ottawa’s largest private real estate firms for nearly 10 years. Brian and his team managed more than 600,000 sq. ft. of industrial/warehouse properties as part of a $1 million sq. ft. portfolio. They were awarded BOMA Ontario’s Property Manager of the Year, Renovated Building of the Year Building of the Year – Under 100,000. Before that, Brian was the Senior Property Manager of a national property management firm’s Ottawa office.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. He received Real Property Administrator certification from BOMI Institute and has a Real Estate Sales License from the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Brian is based out of our Ottawa office.
