Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Art Medina is Senior Vice President, Asset Management, at Epic Investment Services and leads multi-family asset management in Canada and the U.S. With 25+ years of experience in asset management and investment banking, Art has completed over $4 billion in acquisition and disposition transactions. Art has a deep understanding in optimizing financial returns from all aspects from asset selection and value add initiatives, to market re-positioning and development projects.

Before taking his current role, Art was an Executive Director at Starlight, where he handled acquisitions and asset management of Class A and value-add multi-family assets in the U.S. Sunbelt region, and was responsible for asset management of the company’s True North Apartment REIT portfolio across Canada. Before that, Art was a Director of Asset Management for GWL Realty Advisors’ institutional clients, leading major revenue and cost management initiatives. He was a Director for Paul Reichmann Group’s Class A U.S. commercial assets and for Reichmann’s iconic development assets in London, U.K., and Mexico City.

Art holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master of Business Administration from De la Salle University, Manila. He is a Chartered Director and a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, and holds the Canadian Investment Manager designation.
